How do I add literature from EBSCO host in Brightspace?

In Brightspace, you can easily add literature from EBSCO databases under Content. The advantage of this is that you use a link, ensuring that you always stay within copyright guidelines.

To add literature from an EBSCO database, go to the course where the information should be placed.

Then, go to Content in the navbar and click on the location where you want to add the EBSCO literature. Click Add Existing

On the next screen, choose the option Mediatheek: EBSCO.

The following screen will open. Search for the eBook you want to publish by filling in the search fields and clicking on Search.

Then, scroll down and click on + Add next to the eBook you want to add.

The eBook will then appear under Content.

Note: eBooks are often available in limited quantities, for example, for 1 or 3 users at a time. Always check the eBook for the Concurrent User Level. You can find this information by scrolling down in the eBook.
