Instructors who are linked to a course in Osiris will automatically be added to the corresponding course in Brightspace. If an instructor is not linked to a course in Brightspace but does require access, they will need to be added in Osiris.
If it is still necessary to manually add a user, this can be done in the following way.
By clicking on Users > Classlist in the Navbar, you will access the users who have been added to the course.

Then click on Add Participants > Add existing users.
- Search for the person you want to give access to the course and press the magnifying glass or hit Enter.
- At the bottom of the screen, you will see the results. Check the box next to the person you want to add.
- If you have multiple results and want to add them all, you can check everyone at once.
- Select the role you want to assign (e.g., Instructor or Learner).
- If you want to give everyone the same role, you can choose the role in the "Select a Role" dropdown and then click "Set all roles."
Once you have filled everything in and selected the correct people, click "Enrol Selected Users" at the bottom.
