How do I revoke and edit a Award?

In this article, you will learn how to revoke a student's award and how to edit an existing award. A short tutorial video is also available to show you how to revoke a award.

Revoke a Award

  • Navigate to Course Tools in your course navigation bar.
  • Click on Course Admin and then on Awards (under Assessment). Go to Course Awards (the second tab).
  • If you want to revoke an award for a single student, click on the award you want to revoke. A new window will open; click Revoke.
  • If you want to revoke the same award for multiple students, select the students.
  • Click Revoke.
  1. Use the drop-down menu to select the award you want to revoke.
  2. Enter the reason for revocation.
  3. Click Revoke.

Edit a Award

  • Navigate to Course Tools in your course navigation bar.
  • Click on Course Admin and then on Awards (under Assessment). You will automatically be directed to Classlist Awards.
  1. Click on Course Awards.
  2. Click on Edit Award. You will be taken to the Edit Award page, where you will find the same options as when creating an award.

When you edit an award, the changes you make will be visible everywhere the award is used. The updates will also be reflected in the awards that have already been issued.
